I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Motion to approve minutes of regular board meeting held May 12, 2008.
2. Motion to approve minutes of special board meeting held June 23, 2008.
3. Motion to approve minutes of special board meeting held June 30, 2008.
II. PUBLIC FORUM
The public may address the Governing Board on items of interest to the public which are not already on this agenda and are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. The time allotted for this discussion shall be 15 minutes. Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes each.

A. GENERAL REPORTS
1. Financial Report for 4th Quarter.
Description: General Manager will review financial statements for the 4th Qtr, 2007-08 provided by the Auditor/Controllers office.
Staff Recommendation: Information only
2. Copier purchase
Description: General Manager will present the board with 2 quotes from local copier companies with a recommendation.
Staff Recommendation: Approval
Suggested Motion : A motion to approve the purchase of a new copier from a selected copier company.
3. Recurring monthly bills signature policy
Description: Board discussion and possible action on policy requiring a board member signature on monthly recurring bills.
Staff Recommendation: Board decision
4. General Manager’s Report
Description: General Manager will report on the following issues:
• New software report
• Cemetery operations
• Oak Tree Project
• Statistical Report for the 4th quarter ended June 30, 2008
